The Marshall Economic Summit Leadership Conference was built on a powerful idea: imagine what’s possible for Marshall—and then start building it. This annual summit brings together leaders and changemakers to focus on one central mission: shaping a stronger economic future through bold ideas, shared vision, and practical collaboration. In just three hours, attendees engaged in thoughtful conversations, problem-solving sessions, and real-world simulations designed to spark action. The result: renewed energy, deeper connections, and a growing sense of possibility about the road ahead.
The Career Expo in Marshall, Upper East Texas, successfully gathered over 750 students, 50 local companies, and 7 colleges last year. This event was not just another job fair; it served as a comprehensive platform for attendees to discover the vast array of career opportunities in the region, understand the skills required for various professions, and connect with businesses and educators dedicated to skills development.
